CAD Operator: Successful applicant must be proficient in the use of AutoCAD, and perform
accurate, thorough, and conscientious translation of verbal direction and written mark ups into
AutoCAD drawings and construction documents. Applicant must work well with others, have a
positive attitude and be willing to learn and grow with the team.

Mechanical Engineer/Designer: Successful applicant must understand and perform ductwork
sizing and pipe sizing, equipment sizing, cooling and heating load calculations, T-24
calculations, and water and airside system pressure calculations for the selection of pumps and
fans. Applicant must have an understanding of structural and architectural plans to determine fit
of equipment and system within the building structure, and must be able to communicate
effectively with others in and out of the office to obtain and convey information for the completion
of the technical tasks. In addition, applicant should be capable of performing site visits for the
verification of as-built conditions for use in the design of remodel projects. Applicant must
understand the need to locate points of connection and space requirements for new equipment,
and exhibit appropriate behavior while performing these duties in the presence of clients and
other consultants. Designers must have a basic knowledge of AutoCAD software.

Plumbing Engineer/Designer: Successful applicant must have a basic understanding of piping
system design, equipment sizing/selection, fixture selection, specifications and cost estimating
for commercial type building (schools, office buildings, health care facilities, research
laboratories, etc.). Applicant must have an understanding of civil, structural and architectural
plans to determine fit of equipment and system within the building structure, and must be able
to communicate effectively with others in and out of the office to obtain and convey information for
the completion of the technical tasks. In addition, applicant should be capable of performing site
visits for the verification of as-built conditions for use in the design of remodel projects. Applicant
