BP & ASSOCIATES, INC. - FEATURED PROJECT
This revitalization of an existing three-block shopping mall along Colorado Boulevard was envisioned as a cornerstone to Pasadena's Downtown Redevelopment Master Plan. The bustling mixed-use development includes elements of retail, entertainment, residential, and office occupancies.

The project included fast track Design/Build by BP & Associates Consulting Engineers and Deel Mechanical (contractor) in coordination with Ehrenkrantz, Eckstut & Khun (EEK) Architects. BP & Associates involvement in the project included shell building Domestic Plumbing Systems design, with stub-in utilities installed for future tenant improvement work.

Occupying a full city block, the retail portions were built over an existing parking structure. The residential and office areas were then added adjacent to the new retail spaces.
