BP & ASSOCIATES, INC. - FEATURED PROJECT
Designed for Walker Parking Consultants, this mixed occupancy building combined a nine level (three subterranean) Type S-4 528 vehicle parking structure with retail spaces including restroom facilities. The project was conceived to serve a newly renovated area of the Downtown District of Glendale, California.

BP & Associates provided the design for storm drainage, sub-soil drainage with sump pump, a combined standpipe fire protection system fed by a 750 GPM, 60 horsepower horizontal split-case electric fire pump, CO sensor controlled exhaust and ventilation system, and air conditioning and plumbing systems for retail areas, including restrooms.
