Specifically designed for professional level tournament play, this new facility hosted a PGA event in the year 2005. Designed by Westberg + White Architects and Planners, the approximately 32,500 square foot facility was built on a construction budget of $5.2 Million.

Designed to accommodates (2) 18-Hole Golf Courses, the site includes a Clubhouse with Banquet Facilities, Commercial Kitchen, Bar / Lounge, Pro Shop, Golf Cart Barn, and Men’s and Women’s Showers and Locker Rooms. Also included in the project are a Central 2-story PGA Office Building, Halfway House with Snack Bar and Restrooms, Toilet Buildings, Grounds Maintenance Building, and Temporary Golf Cart Barn.
